New View Landscaping is based in Dubuque, so it's not a drive for us, it's home. Most jobs on the books are Dubuque properties, from bluff-side lots overlooking the Mississippi to new-build subdivisions on the west side.
Dubuque sits where the bluffs meet the river, and that shows up in the yards we work on here. A lot of Dubuque properties have real grade to them, sloped lots, retaining situations, drainage that has to go somewhere specific because of the terrain. We also see plenty of flatter, newer construction on the west side that just needs a full design built from scratch. Both are regular work for us because we're a few minutes from either one.
